We saw this in a theater when it came out. It is well made, especially when you realize that it was produced by a church and that most of the actors are not professionals. The style is more like what I would call a Billy Graham film… very overtly “Christian” – using Bible references and obvious religious symbols like a large wooden cross, etc. Still, the story is good and the message about marriage and faith is needed today. There we people in the audience who were obviously moved emotionally at the end of this film. This film will appeal to many, and will be strongly disliked by many others.
